National Championship Members Without a Team

ADA Members can use the form below to submit their name and information to be listed on the official ADA Championship Members Without a Team List. Please complete the form below and press submit. Your information will be forwarded to the ADA office. On the next business day after receipt of your submission your information will be verified and then posted to the list. By submitting your information, you agree that this information may be “publicly” listed on the ADA website for others to review and contact you for their Open format teams. There is NO Members Without a Team List for the Neutralizer events. The ADA will not be responsible for finding submitters an approved team for the championship, nor for any emails they receive as a result of the posting.
